THE AGINCOURT HOTEL •
who we are & what we do
Here at 871 George St, steps away from Sydney’s Central Station, lies a historic 4-level pub with three bars and two stages.
Standing for over 100 years on the corner of Harris St, the Agincourt Hotel has been a continual haven for Sydney locals and visitors to knock back a few, grab a bite or rest their heads along their journey.
A pub built in 1898 to provide a respite for the newly emerging city, the Agincourt remains a community hub and escape from the busy streets of the CBD for some of the city’s best pub feeds and affordable drinks. It was, and is, the perfect pit stop.
The Agincourt is an open and creative space with a sophisticated yet down-to-earth nature, tailored for catching up with friends, grabbing a bite, playing some pool, having a boogie or just relaxing.
We highly value our communities and have strong connections to our time and place, using our space to host weekly events that foster Sydney’s underground art and music scene. We value our vibrancy and are focused on the artists and creatives that help our city thrive.
